Would this make my light bill be high ? if i have it one for 10-16 hours ? or what’s the recommend and how high for peppers when they big??

For example, when the brightness is adjusted at 50%, the actual power consumption is 30w. Depends on what your growing. How close your light is to your plants. Under/over watering. Under/over feeding. Always start low % of light.
