I use them as a straw-berry to remove the stem from my strawberries. The brush helps pop the stems out of the straw. These fit into most any cup. No taste is a benefit. Arrived quick, is made of a very sturdy feeling plastic, is indeed dishwasher safe, and my sister loved the deep red color.

I love these straws, they are easy to soak, clean and dry. They hold up really well and are easy to use. I needed to drink more fluids (water & juice) and my Mother's doctor told me to use straws, you will drink more when using them. It is true, if you tend towards dehydration or have any other issues, switch to these straws. IF you keep them clean and use the provided brush to clean the inside of the straw they will last a couple of years. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER, it degrades the plastic and they don't get clean inside the straw. I soak in a glass of water and then scrub with the provided straw brush.

I love these straws! They are great for tall glasses and for making smoothies or shakes because of their generous diameter. They come with a great brush for cleaning. They are very durable. Very glad I spent the money because I use them all the time.

These wider straws are great for smoothies and shakes. Very happy with quality too. I place them in the dishwasher regularly and have had no problem.
