Will this fit a mansfield dual flush toilet

You may want to go to the mansfield website and it will have all the models and parts that fit it. It is truly amazing how many different gaskets for a 3 inch there are- took the old one to the hardware store and non were right. So I got the part number from the Mansfield website to make sure I got the right one.

Does this fit for an mansfield alto 1.6 gpf?

I used this kit on an American Standard 1.6 gpf to replace one bolt. The bolt has a rubber gasket that would probably accommodate a range of hole diameters. I did not replace the outlet pipe ring.

r the bolts 5/16 which is most common ?

The bolts are actually just a bit over 1/4" diameter with a non-standard thread (sawtooth?) that matches the nylon nuts.
