how many times a week can u use it

As often as you want, I used it daily for the first week and now just on weekends.

How do i use this? daily, before washing, leave-in? how much product do i apply?

I find it makes the hair rather oily if applying to dry unless it’s very, very little amount. I use it twice weekly as more of a treatment, applying liberally to the area of thinning and then massaging the scalp well . You can add a warm towel for a bit or a cap, or just comb through. I do this at least several hours before washing. I have to wash twice (second wash is with a tiny amount of shampoo) to get it all out doing it this way, but I no longer have dry scalp.
