Q: Does the set of four come in one box?

I have never ordered 4 but when I ordered 2 of them they cane in a box so I guess they do very good keeps got for about 4 hours

Plastic but they are fantastic value you get metal straw and sponge to clean them and really keep drinks hot

I am not 100% sure, but I don't think so. I thought you had to have a special sublimation tumber/product, although, like I said, I am not 100% sure.
