Does the job and like most Cross pens it is backed by a lifetime warranty.Any repairs are covered and this is explained in the guide enclosed with the pen.I have had other Cross pens repaired in the past free of charge.

As you’d expect from a Cross pen these are great pens to write with, but I’ve had a couple of these particular style now and the clip bends and weakens after a few months which has lead to me losing mine after they’ve dropped out of my trouser pocket at work. Worth spending a little more from the Cross range to get a pen that will last longer.

Love this pen. I usually buy the heavier metal pens but thought I would try these. Very smart looking and lovely to write with. No hand fatigue so far. Very comfortable feel. Have bought again.

Bought a cross pen as was tired of having to buy pens all the time and wanted to try a refillable and more luxurious pen. Disappointed as after 2 months the pen leaked ink and also got ink all over my pencil case and other pens. Disappointing from a brand like cross. Lifetime warranty isn't free either, it costs £10 for shipping and handling on the website, and it's too late to refund on Amazon.
