I've verified that the cables are verified cables using the HDMI app and I've never had any issues getting the full 4k signal with these cables. With my LG TV, an Apple TV 4k, and the service remote I was able to verify that the TV was getting the full bitrate, resolution, color range, FPS, etc etc. Over the last year I've slowly been going through my "box of cables" and tossing out all the old HDMI 1.0 cables. So far I've never had an issue with these cables. All of them have given me all the features that I'm supposed to be getting. Basically these cables just work, and give you everything you're supposed to be getting. I highly recommend.

I went through an absolute troubleshooting nightmare trying to use expensive active fiber HDMI cables to bridge my Denon receiver to my LG G4 OLED TV through an open wall cavity. The active microchips kept crashing and dropping the signal under the Xbox Series X's massive 4K/120Hz load. I ripped the fiber out and dropped two of these 10-foot Monoprice CL2 passive copper cables down the wall instead. The problem was instantly solved. The CL2 rating means they meet residential fire codes for open wall drops, but the heavy-duty PVC jacket is still perfectly flexible and smooth enough to easily snake down the wall and route behind my media center. It handles the massive 48Gbps uncompressed video payload flawlessly with zero microchip bottlenecks. Pure, heavily shielded copper is the way to go.

No Problem whatsoever... Although it does depend on the video card you connect the cable to from what I gather..

Full disclosure: I've only used these for a day. I thought for some reason that I odred 15' cables, but I ordered 10' somehow. As it turns out, 15' would have been a bit excessive for my situation. Lucky happenstance, I suppose. As for the cables themselves: They worked perfectly for my Apple Tv, LG G5 OLED, and eARC connection to my receiver - absolutely flawless picture quality/functionality. They are a bit stiff and thick, so if you are running 4 hdmi cables plus a TosLink cable through the wall using any sort of recessed power relocation product (such as the Sanus I used) think about whether or not you can fit that many through the pass-through openings - you mavae to stack them flat in a line to get through the top opening easily, and since the bottom pass-through may be smaller or a different shaped opening you may have to deal with a very tight fit - making it difficult but not impossible to pull through as far as you might like. Pro-Tip: (from a non-pro): If you are fortunate enough to be connecting to a new LG G5/6, DO NOT mount your outlet/passthrough box and cover plate directly behind where the connections are. Doing so will mean your cables (all 5 of them if thats your case) will need to makke an IMMEDIATE 90-degree turn in order to connect to the ports - which will stop your One-Wall flush mount G5/6 from mounting flat on the wall (by about a 1/2" on the left side). Do yourself a favor and lay out the recessed box low enough to be able to have some cable to route through the recessed channel on the tv and prevent those tight turns. I'm having to use some 90-degree adaptors/extension cable to be able to lock the TV fully flush to the wall, rather than relocate the box.. Installers did me no favors there. The Cables themselves are so far so good, if you have a flush mount, you may want to consider flat or thinner cables - maybe even with built-in 90-degree connectors - an issue specific to tyhat type of mount - for everyone else - these are good cables and perform as they should.

I have a modest home theater, LG 86” tv, Denon AVR, b&w speakers, svs dual subs. I purchased a CERTIFIED 8k hdmi cable, and i bought two of them. I used or tried both of the cables. I got the same outcome. Denon drop out. Denon available, back and forth. With both cables. Drove me crazy, so i ordered this cable Monoprice Certified 8k hdmi. After install: I immediately noticed that the audio was louder and sounded better, more crisp. I have also not had one drop out with this Monoprice cable. I will say and i do believe that cables are NOT created Equal, even if they have a Certification. I am very happy and will buy more products from this company. Dont forget the price was cheaper than the other cables i bought that gave me the problems in the first place.

Bought this to use with my Series X as the pack in cable kept intermittently losing signal when at 4k 120Hz. Haven't had a single issue with picture quality or sound quality and have been using it for over two years now.

Work well with my TCL tv and ATV4K to provide Dolby Vision and Atmos support.

I bought this because my HDMI cables weren’t making the grade. While 4k/120 without VRR is alright, I didn’t pay for monitors and video cards with VRR to not use that feature. Swapping out the cable between my Hisense 65U8K and my all-Intel rig (Arc A750 and i5-12600k) allows for games to run in VRR mode, with zero screen tearing. I used the second cable between my HP Omen 34c and MSI Delta 15 (Ryzen 5800h/Radeon 6700m) and can run VRR mode there as well. Well worth the purchase price with higher-end gaming.

I've used Monoprice cables for a while now and it has not let me down so far. Not sure if there are any downsides other than pricing and cable maneuverability perhaps.

High quality cable for 4K @ 120/144hz, much better than the old cable I had which caused flickering.
