These work very well even the topic is not an easy one to discuss. But when you need them you need them and it is nice to know that fleet provides a good quality, easy to use product.

I’ve suffered from severe constipation since I was a baby. I now know it has to do mostly with the dry Southern California climate I’ve always lived in. (I never suffer from constipation in humid climates). I have irritable bowel syndrome and at times suffer from IBS attacks when I’m really backed up. It flares up at night and I will be moaning out loud from Pain like a woman in labor. It is from pent up gas and impaction. These episodes would happen to me as a teen and my parents mistook it as menstrual cramps. Had I only known doing an enema would relieve all those painful sleepless nights!! We don’t like to talk about constipation Bc it’s “embarrassing” but it’s just like any other health symptom and ignoring it can cause serious health problems. Doing an enema every week or so will keep you feeling lighter and I believe it’s one reason I’ve aged so well. U get rid of a lot of toxins!
