I'm almost 50 and my skin has chaaaaanged. Nothing looks or feels the way I think it should. So here I was with my adult daughter, figuring out over 40 makeup, and she said I needed a blurring powder. What the heck is that??? THIS is that. It's almost like regular powder (I'm going to go powder my nose), but better. This is translucent and slightly brightening. Not too much. It does blur the heck out of fine lines (I don't have wrinkles yet, thank you) and gives a nice smooth finish. It's just good stuff. The compact is a nice size. Mine did not come with an applicator, but there is a spot for one. It's pretty clever. I've been using this for a few months, and I will buy it again.

ELF is one of my favorite brands for affordable makeup. Their products are generally average to good quality and their prices are competitive. This setting powder is no different. I've been using it for a few months now, so let me share some of the pros and cons of the product. First, though, I would like to mention that when I purchased this through Amazon (as opposed to directly from ELF or in person at a drugstore) the powder, which is a pressed powder in a plastic case, arrived completely shattered. Not entirely unusable if you're willing to use it more like a loose setting powder as opposed to a pressed one, but very annoying. Beware of that before purchasing this through Amazon. As for the products itself, it is exactly as advertised. Some of the things I like the most is how it blurs my skin to look almost like I'm wearing a filter in real life. I usually use it as a second to last step in my makeup routine to keep from looking shiny or oily. Sometimes I use it just on my bare skin or with a little bit of primer when I don't feel like doing a full face just to give my skin that slightly polished look. It is also very lightweight and sheer as long as you don't use too much, but it does tend to last most of the day even with my oily skin type. Please keep in mind this is coming from a white teenager. I cannot personally attest to how this looks on skin any different than mine, whether that be in color, texture, or oil level. A few cons to this product, when you get to the last few bits of powder, it tends to be difficult to use as it breaks up and get stuck in my brush. This is a common issue I have with pressed powders, and as far as issues go it's not a big one. It just makes finishing up the product difficult and I usually find myself trashing the last remaining bits once I get a new one. Over all, I would give the product four stars. It's great for the price and it works for me. If you think it might work for you, I'd say give it a go.

Excellent powder. I'm a copper color woman and this blends perfectly into my skin. Tried the expensive ones and they don't work like elf!

I think this is authentic product but it is not good for a dry skin.

Dieses Puder ist das beste, das ich jemals hatte! Ich habe eine ölige Haut mit großen Poren und habe schon etliche Puder ausprobiert, um etwas zu finden, dass mich den Arbeitstag über frisch aussehen lässt. Jetzt habe ich es endlich gefunden. Meine Haut ist sehr lange mattiert und das Puder zaubert eine Art Weichzeichner auf mein Gesicht. Die Poren wirken fein und die Gesichtshaut sieht klar, fein und frisch. Bronzer und/oder Rouge halten ebenfalls richtig lange. Ich bin super begeistert und werde mir Nachschub holen.

Je teste beaucoup de produits pour peau mixte cette poudre ne m a pas convaincue je la trouve plâtreuse elle laisse un film blanc ce qui n’est pas le cas avec d autres poudres blanches déjà testées. Elle ne matifie pas longtemps je ne rachèterai pas
