Would this be ideal for a disabled person with a real life sized bottom? for reference- the wheelchair seat is 20-22 inches.

yes it worked very well for my disabled husband. Not just for kids. Fits the toilet and hangs over seat.

Are these big enough for adults?

Heavens yes!! In fact, they are quite large. I used one on the airplane and it totally covered the seat and bowl! No germs!! Awesome!!

is this biodegradable?

No, it has a plastic component. It must be thrown out with trash destined for the landfill.

What are the dimensions?

It’s ranked #6 in the toilet seat training scale. 26” X 26” to cover the regular toilet size draping over it. We’re going to a trip and won’t seat our grandson on a public toilet without a cover.
