SHOULDER STRAP DOES NOT HOLD UP
I liked the purse but just as the other person stated, the shoulder strap broke after five years. This is why I will not purchase this bag again.

Shoulder strap doesn't hold up under wear
This isn't the purse I have, but I think the comment would be the same for this product. I have had two Gianni Bernini bags in the past 5 years. With both of them, the shoulder strap started to wear so badly that my shirt would be covered with black flakes from the leather wearing off. This is a shame, because I like the style of the bags. I just can't say the same about their overall quality.
