I have been pushing this 100LB Fashnex resistance tube set to its absolute limits for over two months, and the durability is incredible. As someone who strictly relies on intense home workouts, calisthenics, and dumbbells to build mass, I needed something that would not snap under maximum mechanical tension. The door anchor is completely rock-solid—it is the exact tool required for heavy low-to-high upper chest flyes and deep face pulls to build out the lats and upper back. Even training daily in extreme summer heat and heavy sweat, the foam handles have not degraded, and the latex tubes still retain their original snap and heavy resistance without permanently stretching out. Stacking the bands together gives a massive, isolated pump that completely rivals an expensive gym cable machine. The ankle straps is useless...it simply pulls out whole doing exercises...hip abduction exercises cannot be performed as the foot do not go inside the handle to pull...the handles are only for arms exercises and has little room and space..the tube strength is good...

Hardly used bands. Already one of them tore with the slightest stretch. Luckly I was not seriously injured. Just a blister on the finger for a couple of days. Cheap. Don't buy
