What do i need to do with opened, messy container of chews???

Almost every time I've bought these, they ship it in a paper bag and the whole thing explodes in shipping and arrives to me destroyed, and I haven't been able to find any recourse to fix the issue, because the website just sends you in an infinite loop of 'no refunds for this product'. I'm going to start buying from chewy instead.
