BEWARE AND TAKE A INFORMED DECISION ON PURCHASING HAVELLS BLDC FANS Here are my objectives observations: 1) Fan works well - it is silent and effective But- 1) HORRIBLE after sales service 2) Fan stopped working suddenly 7 months after purchasing 3) Customer care is an experience in itself! They will read out the script provided to them endlessly without giving ANY useful information 4) My fan did not get repaired or even attended to despite a so called “urgent” complaint Havells said they had taken! 5) For a fan this expensive to have after sales service like described above is nothing short of cheating.
