It's a very good product giving you several ways to add comfort to your shoes. They make such a difference. Yes my shoes were comfortable but I started having back pain as the air in the heel support started to give way. After installing one cork over one gel in each shoe my Nike Air Monarch's are as good as new with no more back pain. Because of the incredible adhesive it was not nessesary to pull the insole out and place the lift underneath the glued in insole and destroy the shoe. I removed the adhesive strip below the cork insole and applied it to the top of one gel insole. Then I applied the gel insole directly to the shoes fabric insole. I was afraid it would work loose or fall out every time I take off my shoes. They have never moved around or fallen out out of my shoes after a month of my wearing them.My daughter needed a 1cm lift in her left shoe. I bought a set for her. She is a very heavy girl and they worked perfectly as well for her.We always hope to have a pair of shoes last for a a long time especially a comfortable pair. I assure you these are an incredible investment in your overall comfort.

I bought these on recommendation by my doctor. It's amazing how just 1/8" lift has eased my Achilles issue. The inserts stay in place and don't migrate. I am only using the cork part, not the additional inserts. Would purchase again.

I washed it with soap and water after using the item for some time, but the adhesion never returned. I had to use rolled up duck tape to keep it secure. Other than that it worked great. For my crochet slippers I stuck these on a dr. scholl foot insert which helped it to stay secure. I personally wouldn't use lifts for long for a leg shorter issue unless you know it's permanent. My one leg was shorter due to tight muscles etc from injury, and walking abnormally for a very long time because of that, So those muscles and bad habits had to eventually be worked with; stretching and posture.

I have tried these because the black foam wedges don't seem to keep their thickness very long. Well, these don't last any longer than the black foam, and to me they are less comfortable since they do not seem to absorb shock as well as foam.

Ordered these for a pair of dress shoes. Wanted a slightly height boost while on vacation. So install them and packed the shoes away for a month. Went to use them and they slide around in the shoe. If they'd stick in place they'd be great.
