Eassy to use and quality is good

I have previously ordered this product around three times, including for gifting purposes, and have always had a good experience. However, this time I received a non-functional product. Upon contacting customer support, I was informed that the product is apparently not covered under warranty, and since the return window has closed, nothing can be done. This is extremely disappointing, especially given my history as a repeat customer. Receiving a defective product and then being denied any resolution due to technicalities does not reflect the standard of customer service I expect. I request that this issue be reviewed again and an appropriate resolution be provided whether that is a replacement, repair, or any other fair solution. I genuinely hope this matter can be resolved promptly, as this experience has significantly affected my trust in your service.

Honestly I wasn't expecting a very good quality product but it exceeded my expectation. This is a really good meat mincer! I basically use this mincer to mince meat. It's easy to use and gets the job done in few seconds. It's a game-changer for home cooks like me. The ease of use, powerful motor, and sharp blades make quick work. Writing this feedback after a few uses. Everything is good, except that the product is getting rusty. I am not sure how many months it will last.
