Does the mat have a texture or is it smooth?

Hmm 🤔 it’s smooth and doesn’t make a pattern on dough but it’s not shiny or slick like some other plastic ones. It’s more like the silicone mats used for baking sheets.

So you can use this in the oven up to 450 degrees?

I do not use this in the oven. I only use it on the table for mixing and rolling dough.

Does the grip work on wooden surface?

I haven't tried on a wood surface, this mat is awesome

Does it curl up over time? I don't want to use any weights on the corners.

Mine has not curled up thus far. I lightly roll it with the print side inside to store it. It is made of the soft relaxed plastic and is not too thin or stiff, so hopefully won't bend up on the corners as it ages.
