I'm on my third pair cannot say enough good things about these slippers. I have very hard floors in my house and my ankles and knees hurt just walking around and these have completely alleviated that issue.

I recently bought these shoes to wear in the house because I have wooden floors. I had to buy them a size bigger because they run small. This morning as I was putting them on the center ripped I was shocked because of how expensive these shoes were and I was told they were durable. I’m very sad. I would buy another pair, but they were so expensive please will you consider a refund or replacing these?
