Pills are on the bigger side so have a bottle of water near by lol so you don’t choke but other than that I love this vitamin c. Unlike other brands this vitamin c is very effective for me and feel better and get sick a lot less and if I do it’s not too bad and I get over it quicker. The 1000mg in one pill a day makes it easy to meet your requirements. 1000mg a day has additional health benefits and protections including being good for your heart so be mindful of that not the most pleasant pill to swallow but well worth it 10/10

I like it but, you can get an upset stomach if you take it everyday like it saids to do. I'm taking one every other day. I'm sure it wouldn't effect everyone.
