Good, but pay attention to size

I am rating it a 5 star, because the product alone is great. However the size was way to small for my cat. She is on the smaller size compared to an average cat, so I assumed it would fit her, but it did not. This may be for kittens? Just pay attention to the size because this item was a waste of $$ for us unfortunately since she could not wear it.
