Sturdy and of Great quality!
When used for our plyometrics workout - it works you out well. This is a sturdy stand and holds up to my husbands exercise regime and his weight! Glad to find the piece of equipment needed for his morning routine.

Poor quality
Poor quality and workmanship. The worst part is the legs are uneven and it doesn't sit flat on the floor, so it wobbles while your trying to balance on it. Very disappointing.

Not level, not square.
This is the first disappointment from Elmira Barbell. They have unique and up until now useful items. This item does not lay flat, and the top platform is not square with the bottom. Definitely unsafe if used with heavy weights. You'll need to buy a rubber mat to stop the wobble.

Nice box.
Sturdy Plyo box. Using it for P90X2 in my basement. It shipped very quickly. And although it took a little time to unwrap, but did not require any assembly on my part.

Solid and safe
Very well made, totally solid and safe to jump up on...I am 190 pounds and this thing is stable and solid as a rock when I use it.
