Nothing against the product but 1 star for l carnitine
L carnitine does not burn fat in the bodies of active individuals. For the last 3 months I have been shedding 2-3 inches on my chest, glutes and stomach. After starting this product and consuming it nearly for a month there is a similar drop of 2-3 inches and this is in spite of making the workout more rigorous and being on a same diet as I was previously. So there is no notable advantage of consuming l-carnitine. Please do your own research before buying l carnitine
