There was nothing that I did not like and plenty to like
There was nothing that I did not like and plenty to like. This is a great tool for me and I am bringing this cd into the "rotation". I review the cd's as I receive them and I have found that Mark Bowden's cds are spot on. Beginning with my first purchase of MB Hypnotherapy cd's I have a much better understanding of the process involved n using these cds. I have seen reviews that mention that folks have received either a cd or a product supplied at no cost in exchange for a positive review. I work with these cd's, they are helpful and life changing. I appreciate that these "tools" are available. These cd's are useful and helpful.

Highly recommend for 1st timers.
My first experience with Hypnosis. This was a very good CD. Easy to listen to and very relaxing. I've really enjoyed this CD. I have let my friends try it too. There are two recordings. One for day and one for night. It's like taking a power nap in the middle of the day.
