I do like it except for a couple of things. It concerns temperature control. There is no off or on on the thermostat as well as no "MIN" to maintain the temperature. It does turn off and on but it is frustrating at times. I have been extra careful in operating it. But I am pleased with the size just wish thermostat was more accurate.

After a while the pan became deformed; it’s not plain and even then the thermostat at reaching 5 then turn it low to 1, the control arrow did not light up so this became a defective product. A replacement was made by March and I never asked for a refund. Suddenly, the system just cancelled my replacement then refunded me the amount! This is so mean and irresponsible! Very inappropriate and rude! Even the leadership was so mean and irresponsible. They don’t deserve to be in the position of a supervisor. She cut me off the call. Emma F. This matter must be investigated thoroughly and I want swift action. Any reparation to be undertaken by Amazon.com will be welcomed and appreciated; to make up for the mess up. The electric frying pan works great. I have issue with customer service. My power cord has gone missing, and I would like to replace it. I contacted customer service; I was told I would receive an email about my request. No email, went to web site, it doesn't exist... All I want is to purchase a replacement power cord.

Yall, I am a freak for breakfast burritos and I NEEDED a breakfast burrito the day of my wedding. However, the place where me wedding was, did not have breakfast burritos or a place nearby for us to order them. So what do I do? I buy this portable stove, sit on the ground on my wedding day and cook the breakfast burritos myself. It was so easy and the burritos turned out so good!! The pan heated up so fast and the clean up was a breeze… even without us having non stick spray or butter.

At first it seems cheaply made. However, it delivered good results. I used it to fry vegetable fritters. It did not disappoint. So, next I will try to make pasta in it.
