Rip off
This is a cheap plastic hot water bottle. The lid does not seal so the water flows out everywhere. They offer a five dollar refund. In order to get the $15 refund you have to return it to China at a cost of $200! I have never had a problem with Amazon before but I doubt I will be ordering from them in the future when a $15 item cost me $200 to return

Inferior quality
This product is listed as Prime but it took weeks to arrive. It is very small and quality is inferior. I will not buy it again nor will I buy anything from this supplier.Definitely not a two litre unit as advertised.
