Bad product
I would request the seller to replace the ball for me. It is not working normally or properly after 3 weeks from using it. This is not acceptable....

Very cute
Lovely play thing. Initially my cat loved it but got scared eventually. She is not really a very active cat. The ball also gets stuck on the carpet so it is not the best toy to leave unsupervised if it won't be able to move around the house (due to it being stuck on the carpet 😀)

Useless
Was fun off Day 1, the aggressive mode is way too aggressive for cats. The cats ended up throwing it under the fridge and it died under there. We took it out a month later to charge it and it won't charge or turn on. Completely frozen, only has a light blue light on after plugging it in and won't do anything else. This feels like a fake clone rather than the real Cheerble ball. Waste of money.

Der Cheerble Interaktive Ball ist bei meinen Katzen richtig beliebt - er bewegt sich selbstständig, sorgt für Abwechslung und Bewegung und weckt sofort den Jagdinstinkt. Die Akkulaufzeit ist gut, das Material robust, und er funktioniert auf verschiedenen Böden ohne Probleme. Perfekt, um Katzen zu beschäftigen, wenn man mal nicht selbst spielen kann - absolute Empfehlung!
