The Basics to Know
I’m sure everyone ordering their own brakes offline have the same concern I had. “I really hope they don’t get here and are the wrong pads, even though they say they fit”. They did fit my 06 pathfinder without any modification and are genuine pads - not rebranded knockoffs. They come in oem packaging and also include a rag which I found complimentary. So far, zero noises coming from the brakes and very noticeable braking improvement.Also, for the Nissan truck owners changing their brakes, just to help you out - Use a 21mm socket to remove the lug nuts from the wheels. The brake caliper bolts are 14mm. Use a hand ratchet on the two brake caliper bolts, as they will snap easily. That’s all you need. And jack stands..be safe.

It makes a lot of noise and heat
I dislike this product. The first time I bought brakes for my Pathfinder R51 I used the original Nissan make. It never made noise or heated, however, this time I opt for these Bosch brakes based on the brand (that I associate with quality) but not only it has been 3 months now and still make noise but it heat a lot and smells a lot as well. I've made it check and they are well installed, I'm afraid its the product. Heated brakes are very dangerous so I'm considering changing the brakes again.
