Love them! Highly recommended for those who suffer acid reflux and back pain. I recently went to see a reflux doctor and he told me that I have significant acid reflux which is affecting my esophagus and throat. He gave me a stringent anti-reflux diet, suggestions for life style changes and told me to sleep at a 45-degree angle or even more. So, then I google any bed wedge with the right angle and I found this Axelrod wedge pillow set which seem like a good fit to me. It can be set up for a perfect angle like my surgeon said to me and it's comfortable as well. Most importantly, and surprisingly, I don't have to set it up again a wall or headboard. The way it's made, it can be free standing in the middle of my room without any surface to support it. I don't find that I slide down the wedge pillow as I did with other products. This is a great product and I may ultimately buy another for office use because I feel like I cannot live without it to be honest. My wife also loves my wedge pillow set even thought she got no problems on her body. It provides many shapes combination, more than 30, so we can change posture for different pain location and relax them Finally, it may be a little bit pricey but it was well worth for me. It is warm, soft enough but still very supportive, slopes at just the right angles for both sitting up and gently angling for sleep. I had been contemplating purchasing an adjustable bed, but right now I think this is just more comfortable. This pillow set is a truly life-changer. Highly recommended for those who suffer pain on post-op or anyone with major back and stomach issues!

Bottom line, this pillow set is amazing. I should have bought it years ago. It was so good at support and comfort that my wife got one for her bad back. She loves it. This is not a sleeping pillow set unless you have to sleep sitting up for medical reasons. I tend to sit in bet at night and watch TV and that was destroying my regular sleeping pillows. This set comes with a wedge base that supports the main crescent pillow. The base is beaded on one side so it will grip the crescent pillow and not slip. The shape of the crescent pillow allows you to position it as far in an upright sitting position down to a semi prone position as you prefer. That feature alone is wonderful. The supplied knee rest pillow makes this set so darn comfy you won't wanna get up. There is a small headrest piece that velcros to the main pillow if you want it. The foam is firm but not too firm, soft but not too soft. There is ample support for your back and the knee pillow supports your legs perfectly. It is very comfortable.

We purchased this for my wife who had surgery and was not able to lay down flat for several weeks. She has primarily used the leg wedges and not the back support. Reason for not using the back support is because she is 4'11" and said it's too high (reaches out 2-3 inches above her shoulders). Overall the wedges have done the job and provide support for her knees/legs.

This product is good quality and easy to use. Would recommend it for anyone who has been in the hospital or recovering at home. Was a life saver to have after recovering from surgery. Great for resting at home too.

I bought this ahead of lumbar spinal fusion surgery. It’s comfortably soft, but forces your back into the bend the doctor says I shouldn’t do. I imagine it works great for this people with upper back problems. But it did not work for my lower back.

This is a great wedge system with the various ways it can be used. This got both my husband and I through our surgeries when laying flat was not possible.

I purchase this product because I had cervical spine and spinal decompression surgery and had to lay at a 90° angle for eight weeks. When I saw this product, I was over the moon with excitement because laying at a 90° angle for eight weeks is not fun or comfortable. Well let me tell you this product was hard as a rock, did not stay in place and the pillow that is supposed to support your head does NOT stay in place either and isn’t even high enough to support your head, you will need to add a pillow on top of it to hold your head in the correct position. So do yourself a favor and just buy the cheapest recliner which is available on amazon for around 170 dollars, just spend the 40 dollars extra and buy a recliner. This is total waste of money, if you need it for the purposes of cervical spine surgery or any type of spine surgery, do not waste your money! Also make sure you have a large box because it will not go back into its original packaging!

En principio me asusté porque la caja del producto era muy pequeña del tamaño del cojín más pequeño y pensaba que faltaban todas las demás piezas, para mi sorpresa venía todo junto enrollado dentro de una bolsa plástica al vacío, en cuanto la abrí entró el aire y todo se empezó a expandir hasta su tamaño real. El producto cumple lo que promete, se ve de muy buena calidad y es comodísimo como ningún otro. Mis más sinceras felicitaciones a la marca Axelrod.

This works extremely well for all kinds of situations. Whether if you have back problems, neck problems, it helps in every situation as you can move that wedge to the length of your legs and the top part. You don't necessarily have to stick the neck part where it actually has the velcro. It'll also stay lower if you're not as tall like I am. It's an overall definite recommended product for those who need to perhaps sit up while in bed. No matter what. It suits any kids and of body. You d cude your comfort and this acconadates your comfort.

Es suave y cómodo, vale la pena que incluyan un instructivo e indicaciones para las posturas, recomendaciones: usar así para dormir, se recomienda así para leer.... porque en mi caso fué un regalo y le costó a mi papá encontrar la forma adecuada para usarlo. De ahí en fuera me parece excelente que las fundas se retiren para lavar, es muy práctico, quedan perfectas las almohadas para un sillón individual. Recomendable 100%

I was very pleased with this set of pillows. They are soft and cozy, with removable outer layers for easy washing. They are nice and sturdy, providing good back support. I would, however, suggest if you have hEDS or hypermobility disorder to not purchase these as they are too stiff for those with hypermobility issues. For anyone else I’d say they are perfect and would definitely recommend. I would ask that the manufacturers extend the zipper on the triangular pieces, similar to the curved piece, as they are trickier to put back in the covering.
