We have a feather bed topper on our bed and our dog fell in love with it. She would be on the bed all the time. I bought this twin topper and folded it in half and took a small dog blanket and made a cover for it. She loves it and I catch her sleeping on her back with her legs in the air like she's at a spa. She's a 70 pound sweetheart who's been recovering from a surgery on her leg. Makes a great dog bed and it really was less expensive than a conventional dog bed for a big dog.

If you have never slept on a real feather mattress, you don't know what your missing. I bought this to replace my old one and I love it! After months of research and hard earned money down the drain, I realized the thin mattress toppers they have now a days, is not worth the money. They don't have enough filling in them to hold your weight. The feathers in this 4" thick topper, is the perfect substance to hold your weight. The baffling for this topper does keep the feathers from shifting. I do not have to fluff everyday or even every week. Love this!!

We bought a new mattress and it left something to be derided so we figured we’d try a feather bed. This made all the difference. Minus a minor feather poke 😝. Slept like a baby! Love this bed.

Overall, this down mattress topper is pretty good, but a few things that could be a little improved upon. First the good, I really like that it is real down and feather fill, and a nice breathable cotton shell. It did not feel hot when sleeping the first night, so off to a good start there as well. I also like the box paneling to keep all the filling from piling up at one end. It does add a plush layer to our firm bed which is what we were looking for. It does seem to slightly over hang out kind size bed, might just be a natural consequence of being flattened down and widening. Also, I would prefer it have a fitted skirt to tuck and hold in place around the mattress; our old one had one and it stayed in place very well. I’ve only slept on this one night so far and it hasn’t shifted yet, so perhaps that’s just more of a personal preference of mine, and not really a necessity. Overall, I think the price was reasonable, it came vacuum sealed and packaged decently, the quality seems excellent (the tag matched all the listing info regarding brand name, down and feather fill, and all Cotton shell), so I would recommend this topper.

This is a great value for a true feather filled topper. When we received it we immediately put it on our bed, there was no odor or anything that needed to be aired out even though we did let it just sit out open for a few hours. We only cover with the fitted sheet. We do have a few issues with some feathers sticking us but I think with time we will wear those down.
