Good everthing looks genuine

I bought this for my CCTV works fine

I tried multiple times to connect it with nvr and not showing detection

Don't knw how to get the replacement. This product is bought it in aug 2024 and it stopped working in april

Noise sound is coming from hard drive

The item failed on first use. But I am 1 day over my return deadline :-(. Please can the seller look at this case and replace the item

I received the HDD with no bubble wrap and I knew immediately to record me opening it up and installing it and showing that it will be faulty which it was. Click of death and not even recognized by NVR and it picks up other HDD's Perhaps the seller knows these hard drives are faulty that's why they sell it with no bubble wrap. I am a IT technician so I know how sensitive hard drives are. the hard drive was also old and manufactured last year. I don't trust this seller! I believe these are old and cheap faulty hard drives and will not be buying from them again. Be aware

It's value for money for the price of 3K
