I have used it 2 times. My feet were in BAD condition deep lines in the heels. They are smooth now with just a little line showing. I had to use it longer than I expected to get the job done, but the end results is what counts. Put down a towel, turn on the TV and buff feet. It is easier than using my pumas stone. I have to stand up and put foot up on the bed, to be able to see "all" the bottom of my foot. I will use it once every 2 weeks in the winter and once a week in the summer, because all I wear are sandals. The roller seems to be good quality. I used it a long time each use and it looks the same. So far, I would buy it again. I bought this one, because it is corded. It never stopped on me, did pull down some, but I would let up on the pressure and leave it longer in the problem area. Some pictures of BAD callused feet that I have seen might would need a stronger unit, but I am pleased and the price was right.
