I have the 4 oz bottles, can i just cut the straws to fit or is there another shorter straw conversion set?

They don’t make straws for the 4oz bottles since the smaller size is generally used for younger infants. The straws have bite valves at the top so are more suitable for 9months + of age for which a child is usually using a larger bottle. To answer your question - technically you could cut the straw.

Is this a direct match for the grey boon nursh?

the straw top fits all of the silicon pouch bottles (4 and 8 ounce or all colors). Our daughter loves them and it makes the bottles usable for a lot longer.
