Knock Gel Ink Extra Fine Ballpoint Pen, Juice Up 04, 10 Color Assorted (LJP200S4-10C)

Wow! A nice fluid writing experience, and no lost caps. The ink is waterproof so these make nice drawing pens too, for 'line and wash' watercolor art. The line is truly fine, even finer than a Pilot V5 Extra Fine, yet not so fine that it's hard to see. Perfect! If you like the Pilot G-Tek C4, this one writes just the same yet has more eye appeal and is more comfortable to hold. Great colors, although two of them (the light orange and pink) don't jump off the paper as well as the others. The dark blue one is unique, it's a deep blue-black. It pretty much reads "black" so I like that there's essentailly two black pens in this set, since I rarely use any other color, I just like options!

This is my go to pen hands down! This pen is slim in the hand with an almost pencil like feel to it. It dries quickly and writes smoothly without that ink blot/bleed you get from a .5 or .7 gel pen. I tend to write in all caps so this pen compliments straight lines very in my opinion. Overall functionality is great, comfortable grip, clicky with a sleek look and feel. My only “complaint” would be I wish they had a darker green color, similar to the shade of navy blue they have. The color variety over all is nice though.

It is hard to find extra-fine pens that write smoothly and these fit the bill. The color range is very nice and even the lightest color, orange, is bright and shows up well.

I love these pens. They're comfortable to hold for long periods of writing. If you have tremors they are a bit too skinny for steady writing. They write very smoothly and the colors are vibrant.

I love these pens and have been in love with them since my first use. They are very fine and allow for tiny writing. The ink dries quickly and doesn’t smudge. The lighter colors can be a bit difficult to see (light blue, green, pink) on bright white paper, but they are lovely. Highly recommend!

These blew my 0.4 Sakura ballsign knock pens right out of the water. -No useless yellow pen -Brown and blue-black make good alternatives to black, good for when one runs out. -Refills can be purchased in at least 3 tip sizes. -Clicking mechanism is less resistant and less fatiguing over long term than Sakura Ballsign Knock and regular Pilot Juice -The design of the tip is the precision of needlepoint without the fragility. It is excellent. Good job Pilot. -Outward design is good enough for more professional settings. It doesn't look stupid or childish. -Comfortable, wider grip is good for more secure gripping with less effort, and less fatiguing compared to Sakura Ballsign, and Sakura gelly Roll -Precise tip is good for even the worst of papers, and detailed math notes -It is expensive compared to other gel pens, but worth it for 0.4 gel pens that ACTUALLY WORK -Seriously Pilot, you've outdone yourself again. CON: People will try to steal. Do not let anyone borrow them.

these pens are incredibly, very precise, very smooth. ink doesnt run at all. literalyl perfect for writing. the only reason i give it 4 stars and not 5 is the casing/grip is terrible. it feels very cheap in your hand, and not comfortable to hold. if pilot put these ink cartridges into the Precise V5 rt casing, it would be the perfect pen hands down

「画材として発色がよく面白い」 と絵描きの友人に勧められたのでまずは画材屋さんで試し書きしてみたのですがペン先は細いものの描き味、発色が素晴らしく、画材屋や文房具店ではセット売りがなくAmazonで購入するに至りました。 昨今絵を描くにあたりデジタルが主流になりつつある要因の一つとして「思った色を出すハードル」これは結構たかいと捉えていて私自身は逆にデジタルだと色んな意味で「制限の少なさ」これが良くも悪くも「創意工夫」を妨げられていると感じる事も多く、アナログ回帰にあたり使ってみた感想となります。 素晴らしい点としては値段が手頃、描き心地、発色、カラーバリエーションの豊富さ、入手性の高さ、速乾性 特筆すべきはこの程度でしょう。 デメリットと言えるかは人それぞれなのですがペンの太さのバリエーションがない、全体的に軽く、重心と呼べるところがない為、人によっては不安定さを感じるかもしれない 「使いづらい」と感じる人はペンの角度に制限があり、寝かせ気味だとインクが出ない。 こんなところでしょうか。 「絵を描く」という事に特別特化しているわけではないのであくまで発色が凄まじくいいボールペンくらいの感覚で試し書きしてみることをオススメします が、他の画材との相性の悪さも特になく、カラバリがあるのでそのまま使っても満足は出来るのですがペンの細さがここで活きる使い方として斜線や網掛けで使う際に他の色と併用する事でアクセントを強くだしたり発光しているかの様な錯視に近い効果を出す事も可能なのでベーシックな使い方も複雑な使い方をしたい方にも「試して欲しい」と思える「ボールペン」になっています。 何度も描き心地や発色について触れましたが 筆圧をかけずともインクが出てくれる これだけで「色んな可能性があるな！」と思える方にはうってつけのボールペンだと思います。 補足というか余談になりますが個人的にメインでデッサンをする際に使う道具が「製図用シャープペン」なので同じ様な方にとっては可搬性や入手性といったところもオススメしたいポイントです。

Nice colour selection. Smooth writing and fine tip. Doesn't bleed through 120gsm paper. Definitely making the cut into my regular use pens!

My absolute favorite pens

I've used all Japanese brands and so far this one is the best of all! The glide is super smooth. The ink is highly pigmented and doesn't leave any smudges. It hasn't disappointed me in any situations. I just wish they would come in bigger versions, 0.7mm to be specific.
