Better than more expensive Cables.
I was using much more expensive XLR cables between a pre amp and power amp. I was quite disappointed with the sound, having just upgraded from an integrated amplifier. I then discovered that if I touched the cables the sound changed.I saw the GearIT cables on Amazon, I noticed that the male end had the notch for locking into my power amp connector. Since they were not expensive I bought them. What a difference. Each end locks snuggly into the pre and power amp XLR connectors.The sound is now what I would have expected. I threw the expensive cables out.I highly recommend these GearIT XLR cables.

Ideal for my studio
Nothing really to complain about. It’s a great XLR for my permanent setup. Can’t talk much about the robustness due to my use case, but the plugs feel well connected.I am a professional sound designer, I needed a balanced XLR pair for a specific sub and this is perfect. Did a quick resistance test and they’re not discernibly different than one another.
