I have bought many grinders !! This is the best I have purchased. Thank you.

Very thin abrasive layer
These work, and are fairly easy to change out. They do seem to have a very thin abrasive layer, which wears off quickly. Also, the actual tool does not let you use other areas of the surface when using the protective housing, which causes a quick wear line -- leaving the rest of the surface unused. Not very much value here, but most of these replacement heads seem to be custom fit to the actual tool, which makes it difficult to get a good pet nail trimmer.

WORKS GREAT ON EXTRA LARGE DOGS TOO !!
I've been using this for the past 4 years on my 165 pound Rottweiler with NO TROUBLES AT ALL !!! I don't know or understand why there are people on here complaining that this, "Doesn't work and isn't powerful enough" to work on their "large" 60 pound dog.... My dog weighs 165 pounds (not fat) and has Very Thick black nails and I've had zero trouble taking up to 1/4" off all 16 toe nails, running at Full Power from start to finish with battery power left over. They key to trimming a dog's nails with this is to not try to "grind down" each nail in its entirety at one shot, especially if they're a bit long. Because the effect the grinding wheel has on the nail is that it generates heat, to which your dog can feel easily because there's a VERY SENSITIVE part inside each nail called the "Quick." It's full of nerves and blood vessels that are responsible for nail growth. It's the part that bleeds easily if you unfortunately cut the nail too close. What I do is start on my first nail, get to about 1/2 off what I plan to do, then move on to another toe nail while that ones cools down and keep going from nail to nail until and then start back on the first. But as you get closer to the Quick, you shouldn't spend as much time on each nail because your dog will be able to feel any heat easier. And as for the life of the grinding wheel, I've been using the same one foe the past 4 years on a 165 pound dog with very thick nails and it still works fine!

Super Gerät
Kam super schnell an. Und die Beschreibung ist auch Top, obwohl es besser wäre wenn es auf deutsch ist.

Superb customer service
Item is great and a good price. But the customer service was amazing! I previously bought an earlier version of the nail grinder. The replacement heads for that one are no longer manufactured. I contacted Casifor direct and they gave me a voucher for half price to purchase an up to date grinder. This has been the best grinder I’ve used. Far superior to more well known makes

Sehr zufrieden!
Ein Glücksfall, dass der Vorgänger kaputt ging. Dieses ist sehr viel besser, effektiver, schneller und auch noch leiser. Bin sehr zufrieden.
