Yes, but it feels so stimulating and the aroma is like therapy. Leave it on for 30 mins and then wash out. It is supposed to be oily... that is part of the treatment!!! You are supposed to wash it off. Please read directions!!!

I get my hair colored and seen no change in my hair other than it being softer. Use as instructed. .
