Is the screwdriver bit good

Yes it's a good quality driver which can use various standard bits. I've owned leatherman and Gerber. Imho this is as good as both of them,

Can you have it in the pocket everyday

Personally I would use the belt loop on the case to carry as it would be a little heavy and bulky in the pocket everyday.

Is the bit driver supposed to be magnetic

No. It's has a spring-loaded ballbearing which locates in a notch in the socket.

Can I buy a spare screwdriver? Mine came out by accident and is lost.

I had the same thing happen within a few days of buying mine. I couldn't find a replacement to buy, but then what would be the point, the problem is the screwdriver shaft is too small and the ball bearing retainer ineffective. I replaced mine with one from a set of drivers (the kind that come in a plastic holder ) that came with a drill set. And glued it in. And then found the original a few days later!
