This is an excellent lamp, and the price reflects the quality. I bought a similar model that cost half as much and returned it the same day.One of the first things I noticed is the thoughtful notch on the bottom of the stand. It prevents the lamp from rocking back and forth when placed on top of an upright piano, right where the hinge is. The buttons are responsive and work well. The “heart” feature, which lets you save your favorite setting, seemed a little gimmicky at first, but it’s actually useful considering how many settings the lamp offers.The build quality is solid. The lamp is larger than it looks in the images, and the angle of the light is perfect. Unlike gooseneck-style lamps, this one is easy to push back or pull forward between sessions. There’s also some kind of filter that blends the LEDs, creating a clean, even light.It lights up both the keyboard and the sheet music, which is a nice bonus. I’ve been playing for years, and honestly, I’m not sure why I waited so long to buy a proper lamp.Also, I’m not sure anyone else will care about this, but I was able to find the CE rating on the adapter, which is something that’s getting harder to find on Amazon these days. I don’t love the idea of a sketchy light fixture sitting on top of a nice, flammable wooden piano.Quick side note: This lamp isn’t designed for digital pianos that have the sheet music stand built into the top of the unit. You’ll want the clip-on version instead.

Great quality lamp, sturdy and weighted so it won't tip. I really like the various brightness and temp settings. Fits perfectly on my electronic piano. 5⭐

While I would have preferred a light from Cocoweb for my ego, this one is actually perfect and much less costly. I like how adjustable it is in terms of height and positioning of the actual light. Doesn’t shine in my eyes, thanks again to being so adjustable, and completely illuminates the music and keys. I do not need overhead or other lighting. I have had it a few months and no issues.

Great light! Love the different brightness levels and the heavy base is very secure! The lamp front face with the control buttons did come with a small crack in the corner but it doesn’t affect function at all. My wife loves it so much she didn’t want to go through the hassle of exchanging.

This light is perfect for my upright piano. It gives off light to both the sheet music and the keyboard. You have a choice of yellow or white light with brightness adjustments for both. There is also a favorite setting. The light’s base is extremely heavy so it stays put. Finally, it really looks great on my piano. Very pleased!

very excellent wide light which is adjustable.

This light feels very stable sitting atop my upright piano. The base is heavy and turning on the lamp is easy with a light touch. I had another light picked out and in my lists for a couple of years, but when I finally decided to purchase one, I found this one and noticed that the weight was more than twice the weight of the other one. I’ve had a lamp topple over onto a piano once before and I didn’t want that to happen again, so I figured that the heavier the base, the less likely that was to happen. I’m very pleased with this one.
