Does Not stay on. If wind blows eyeliner will come off. Mins after applying it comes off. I strongly dislike.

I am in love with the pure blackness however
This eyeliner is such an intense black, and it is so creamy; I like the presentation of it such as its packaging , it’s like a lipstick. Another thing I love is it does glide very well and doesn’t irritate my eyes. My only issue that this smudges and transfers A LOT. I’m trying to find ways to prevent it but other than that, I do love this product and it comes with two in a pack so it should last you a long time.

I am 73 years old. But when I apply this to my upper and lower eyes. It takes of 10 years lol.. it's smooth and easy to apply. I love it. Especially the price. Affordable. You don't know what your missing. Try it.
