They guarantee this to work and it does
I had purchased the wrist bands and was very impressed with that product. I am actually wearing them now as I type because of carpal tunnel syndrome. They asked me to test other products which I agreed to and this was one of them. I had a bout of tendinitis coming on after bowling one Friday. I am 64 and in pretty good shape but I did a lot of physical stuff in my younger years so my joints are paying for it now. I could not extend my arm fully and trying to reach behind my back was almost impossible. The pain was bad and I have a lot of tolerance to pain. I put on this Elbow sleeve and at first I noticed that my arm and elbow had a sensation of coolness. It provided a lot of support but was not restrictive to motion and comfortable to wear. And did I mention that it felt cool on, not hot and sticky. I wore it off and on for 3 days and even overnight with no issues other than it mitigated the elbow pain effectively until the tendinitis abated. They guarantee on the box that this product works and I agree with that statement after having been a user with a elbow that works pain free.

It helps somewhat
It fits longer on my arm than the picture shows. I guess I have shorter arms. It is a thin spandex material with a 1/2 in rubber like band that holds it in place on the upper arm which irritates a little after a while, but surprisingly it helps somewhat with the arthritic pain I've been having in my right elbow. I notice the throbbing is not as intense while wearing it.

Forget the other brands, get this.
Keep in mind they do fit small and I have somewhat a small left arm so if you want it not so tight get a size up, I purchased a medium and exchange for a large. I was born with a bad elbow and the bone is misshapen so I purchased this to keep everything nice and together because a brace doesn't offer much flexibility like a sleeve. I get really bad cramps or the bones jam together and it hurts and since I purchased this I am not afraid to extend my arm out fully any more in the fears of those bone pops or jams, everything is compressed and supported snug even the muscles. I am not sure if is the the copper, since it is a metal, but I get a cooling sensation, the takes my mind off the aches I also get with my bad elbow. I feel the coolness especially when I flex hard my forearm. I can't believe I did not buy this years ago, will buy another once this wears out but its feels tough and high quality. Alot of these on the market but this one is one of the better choices I think. I like that they advertise openly the copper content on the product details.edit: forgot to say it has a copper color tint to it especially in bright white lights, which is kind of neat and people notice.

Loses Compression
Had elbow bursitis and after having it drained, my doctor suggested to use a compression sleeve to tighten the elbow area and prevent swelling. Goal was to wear it for 3 months. I purchased the Dr. Arthritis compression sleeve after measuring my elbow. It was nice and snug when putting it on and it stayed in place all day. I put it on in the morning and took it off after around 10-12 hours. After around 5 weeks, the compression lost its snugness and started to slip down my arm requiring me to frequently pull it up. Overall, the compression capability doesn't hold up. I'm now looking at other brands.

This really works!
There is something about this brace...it really seems to work! I've had golf elbow for months and nothing was helping. After wearing this brace a couple days it started feeling better. It's all but cured and now I just wear it intermittently. It's very snug at the top and took some getting used to but it must have stretched a bit where I stopped noticing it. Do yourself a favor and buy this!

Size runs very small
Item was delivered as promised. However, size is very small. I ordered a large and it is too tight for me to wear.

It is actually really comfortable and provides a small amount of relief
I don't know why it took a doctor to design sewing swimsuit material into a tube. This sleeve is very light weight. It is actually really comfortable and provides a small amount of relief, but it truly is comparable to swimsuit material or an under armour shirt, it just simply can't provide enough support. Also, it doesn't take long for the material to feel quite a bit looser and less supportive. My guess is that the relief I feel is primarily because the material helps keep my elbow warmer.

Nice, Snug Support
I have a nerve and tendon that was injured and this helps keep my elbow stable, but still allows for free movement. I bought one from Walgreens, but the material was too thick and it fit all wrong. The sizing on this one was dead on from the size chart. It is snug from forearm to bicep, but not painfully so (though the seams will leave marks when you wear it, which is to be expected). It does have a metallic smell that does not go away completely when washed, but that's a small price to pay for some relief. This did not come with any booklet (it says free booklet), but since I don't know what I am missing, I am okay with that. I have no idea whether the copper makes a difference, but the lightweight material along with the nice compression definitely does. If you are looking for a nice quality elbow brace, this one works well.
