Top bundle with a little detail
I've bought this bundle a month ago. Arrived on new year's eve. I was inmediatly impressed by the sound of this monitors/headphones. Althought I was hoping for a little more volume. That was rapidly solved by the bluetooth adapter/audio booster that comes with this bundle. I think is the only bluetooth adapter I've tried that not only boost up the volume but keeps the original sound quality. I'm not an audiophile but I'm 32 years old and I've spent most of my free time listening to music. As a rock/metal fan I'm quite picky and difficult to please in terms of headphones. These are great and trust me, I've tried a few.The only thing that bothers me is the BT adapter battery life. It doesn't last more than 1 hour and a half and then the sound starts getting much interference. So, I'm starting to charge the adapter just an hour before I leave home to check what's the real battery life without interference during heavy use (home - subway station - street - office). The good thing is the adapter doesn't take much time to be fully charged.Overall, a great deal for the money. Killer quality headphones, great audio booster in terms of sound quality but an average BT adapter. Audiotechnica needs to work on that specific feature to make it a 5 stars bundle.Update April 2019Been using these headphones from late 2017. I don't think I could have bought a better pair than this one. Amazing sound, not too bassy, detail oriented and spacious sound. I'm a semi-audiophile but I got a great ear and trust me, with a good player this headphones shine. I use them with my cellphone (Huawei P20pro and sometimes with my IPOD 5th generation) but I've tried them with Pioneer audiophile DAP, and the sound it delivered was absolutely killer. Go for them with no hesitation.

Totally worth it!
I really wanted a set of studio headphones and a pair of Bluetooth headphones to watch TV, so I was looking at these and Jaybirds, then I found the best of both worlds here... I've had these for a few months now to properly assess them... I'm no real audiophile but I love them, there is plenty of bass when bass is intended, every other frequency is crisp and clear. I've heard little nuances that that I have never noticed before in orchestral instrumental music that I've listened to 1000 times before. I also discovered that I can decipher lyrics from super fast double time rappers (from the 90's) much better than I ever have... then I found out that some of them are still making music. From metal, rap, and epic instrumental (move trailer) music they sound great and better than the free Beats Solo 2 that I used for awhile. And for the Bluetooth I am pretty satisfied with it, the battery life is great IMO; my module does not go into sleep mode like another reviewer commented. As for range it REALLY depends on what device its paired to, my trusty old '09 laptop has the worst range, my LG phone is good, cheap tablet is better yet, and the Fire TV is the best I can walk around the house and even go outside with little break up. My only minor gripe is that I wish it had soft press buttons so you can't hear it click while the music is playing. I've never used it for a phone call so I don't know what the mic is like.Sound quality depends on the device as well, laptop sound better with the plain old wire because the PC has a better internal amp. My phone sound better with the BT because the adapter is the better amp.

Short-Lived Quality
These headphones had a beautiful frequency response at first, crisp and clear and fantastically isolated, but it's been less than a year and they're already dying. The bass is disappearing from the right side, making the whole thing sound like it's "leaning" to the left no matter what I'm listening to.That's not an acceptable issue when you're trying to listen to a mix professionally or even if you're just looking for very high quality audio. It means I can't work with these anymore because they're no longer representative of the actual final product - I bought them to mix with, if my monitors aren't properly monitoring then I'm not properly mixing. So really, it's an expensive waste of time, especially because I can't even get a refund or replacement at this point. I'm just out 150 bucks plus the money I spent on better earpads.Maybe I got sold a dud, I don't know, but I have found several reviews elsewhere about this happening and apparently it doesn't "even out" or anything, just the right side eventually stops working. So... great.I mean, I'd still give them a 4 if I could still use them just for fun, but it kind of makes me a little sick after a while because the sound is so uneven, so I just stuck them in a box hoping maybe one day I can do something to make them work. It's such a shame. There's also a lot of reviews saying the seller is ripping people off now? I got all three cables and the bluetooth piece, but I bought mine in summer of 2017. I don't know if/when it changed, but at some point they were selling the right stuff; I got a short cord, a long cord, and a coiled cord, and I got those WITH the bluetooth adapter thing. But, if it's true, it wouldn't surprise me if I got a dud or a "refurbished" product or something. It's such a bummer, they're so nice and so clear, but they didn't even last 10 months.
