I love this pan! My mom loved it so much when I was visiting that I had to order one for her for her bday.What I like: it's non-stick, has a lip, heats evenly, and is useful for making more than just crepes. I use it to make omelettes. The egg batter spreads out just as easily and you can flip half over whatever ingredients you have and bam, a half-moon omelette. Or, you can fold one like a burrito or pocket. Anyway, I love this pan. It comes with that little tool, but I didn't find it particularly useful, but that could just be my user error! Haha.

Seems like a nice surface and cooks even. Only used it a couple of times, but I like it so far.

I really loved this. Nothing sticks to it at all, and it’s super easy to clean. The material feels high quality and durable. For the price, it was honestly such a great deal. It looks nice, works perfectly, and is great for everyday use. Definitely recommend it!

Used on induction top.Good size (11in).Easy to put togetherEasy to washNonstick thus far.The only concern is that the base has slight unevenness/unfilled, tiny part on the outer ring and caused a cut on finger while washing it. It’s sharp, be careful and check it thoroughly first. We think it’s a great product for heating tortillas, pancakes, bacon, eggs and more.

Unable to detach screw placed inside pan so it could be used to attach handle.Seems like a great pan that I was looking forward to using. However I would like to have the handle in place and attached to pan.Love the pan finally able to remove screw and attached handle. YAY 😀

I was not impressed by this pan when I first started using it. There's an ever so slight raised hump in the center so the batter cooks too thin in the center and too thick around the perimeter. BUT...I found a recipe that works for me for Swedish pancakes (similar to crepes, but better in my opinion).1 cup flour2 cups milk3 eggs1/4 cup sugar1/8 cup melted butterDash saltMix all ingredients thoroughly and let stand for 15 minutes.Heat pan to medium-high heat. Generously apply butter to the pan, then use a ladle and pour directly and somewhat slowly onto the center of the pan. The batter will begin to cook in the center and this prevents it from getting too thin. Tip and spin the pan to distribute the batter all around. I tried, but I don't use the spreading stick.After a few minutes, flip and cook the other side. It is nearly cooked before you flip it, so this side won't take as long to cook as the first side. Each pancake takes about five minutes to cook both sides.If the butter is properly browned by the heat you'll get a nice coloring of brown spots on your Swedish pancake. Fold in thirds and serve with jellies, jams, butter and sugar, fill with whipped cream and fruit, or whatever creative accompaniment you desire. Enjoy!

La mejor crepera que hemos tenido. Hay que saber usarla en cuanto a temperatura y obviamente la receta importa mucho.

Bought this as a dosa pan for my induction hob. Excellent so far. Perfect dosas and crepes.

I use the pan for eggs, they slide off easily.

A great pan for crepes and the like . Excellent build quality- great wooden handle, very decent nonstick abilities- good size abd balance. But just wrong for a dosa. To be fair generally nonstick does not work well for a dosa , but this one is particularly unsuited to even browning and giving that dosa patina, the caramelised sheen that a good dosa should have.

Great pan enables effortless crepes to be made.
