Combat Cravings, Metabolism Support, 1000 mcg Chromium - 30 Count

I used to be a retail store manager so I couldn't eat and work at the same time and I usually worked thru lunches and breaks. Now I'm an office supervisor and can eat anytime I want so I've gained some weight and can't seem to slow down my cravings. Therefor I started looking for a little help. I read the reviews on this product and wasnt going to get this but for around $1 a day, it was worth trying (I take 2). The first day I took it I wasnt impressed and thought I wasted my money because I still felt hungry and nothing seemed to change. I was going to continue to take them because I bought them so I might as well. On the 4th day tho, I noticed that I didn't have any kind of snacks the 2 nights before and honestly didn't even think about having one. Seemed like I just needed 24hrs for this to get thru my system. I've been taking these almost 2 weeks now and it seems that each day I take them, I eat less and less. Here it is 7pm at night and I've barely ate anything today (1/4cp cottage cheese and a few slices of ham) and I'm still not hungry. My food choices even seem to be getting better. I'm "craving" water over soda, I want fruit over a donut. It's weird how things are slowly changing. Just this morning my husband bought me home my favorite donut....maple glazed, and it didn't even sound appealing. It sat on the table for 6hrs before my son ate it. I personally don't "feel" anything when I take these. I don't feel jittery, nervous, hyper, sleepy, nausea, or any of those other things pills can do to you. Update: These have been working so well, I've lost 7lbs in the last month. My coworkers noticed I'm losing weight and asked how. Needless to say, I now have 8 people at work also using this pills and it's working for them as well!

I waited a month to write a review and in my opinion IT WORKS FOR ME! not everything works for everyone thats why there are so many options. But the reason why I know this works for me i cause I work nights and I used to snack CONSTANTLY. Now I have drastically cut my snacking and noticed a major change in my eating habits. No jitters or anything like that. Its not a magic pill so you still have to make better choices but for some reason its easier to make these decisions. Will definitely purchase again even though its not something I have to take daily now. Maybe the first 2 weeks I took it daily now I can skip a day or 2.

I’m giving this an honest review based on my personal experience. Item was bought 2/14, this review is being done on 2/16. I normally fast from 9 p.m. until around 7 p.m. the next day. I drink water throughout the day and I’m honestly not hungry at all. I’ve been doing this consistently and I manage my cravings just fine on my own. I bought this item just to see what the hype was about; and because of the “good” reviews that was left. Ever since I started taking OLLY Combat Cravings, I can honestly say it’s made me hungrier than I’ve ever been. My stomach starts growling out of nowhere; something that does NOT happen when I’m not taking these pills. I feel like this product did the complete opposite of what it claims to do. Instead of reducing cravings, it opened up an appetite I didn’t even have before. I could easily stick to one meal a day before, but while taking this, I’ve been eating like a maniac. I genuinely feel like it’s opened up my cravings instead. In just two days, I feel like I’ve gained weight because of how much hungrier it made me. I honestly feel like I could manage my cravings without this thing. This product did not suppress my appetite. If anything, it increased it. Very disappointed. I’ll give it a few more days; and if I don’t see any changes. I’m done.

I give it 3 stars because it helped me alot with my bowel movements but it definitely did NOT help cut my cravings. But if you need it to help with bowel movements then this is awesome

02/20/2025 update... I usually receive the one's with the white powder and it works fine...however my last two orders I've received these with the brownish powder, they isn't working at all. No type of decrease in cravings. They need to bring the white powder back. Ok so i started back taking these craving pills... What i noticed for me taking 2 of these once a day in the morning time tho...these pills have you not eating, full of energy, no sweet tooth, no hunger pain, no jitters... You will have to force yourself to eat. This feeling last all day even at night so don't take two too late in the morning. I didn't have any hunger pain or needing to eat when i woke up. You might want to eat before taking it or right after because you will not have the taste for any food. I take addaral but i didn't need to take it after taking two of these olly supplements. I take one olly at 8a.m and take another at 10a.m it last alllllll day even at night. I might need to take it earlier in the morning because it was kinda hard to fall asleep lol. Update: After taking the combat craving for a few months now i did noticed they was no longer working how they worked in the beginning. I stopped buying them, They're not for long term. I will buy more once they are all the way out my system just to get the affects they had on me in the beginning. If i have to stop and repeat i will keep doing it because they do work for short term. Well if you don't want to eat all day.... Buy these however there's side effects. Headaches due to no food in your body but once you force food down the headaches goes away slowly. A little stomach cramps but not much that'll go away after drinking more water. My monthly is going off it doesn't cause me to bleed more nope. First day I took the pill I had laid down, after awhile I got this dizzy spell or a feeling like get up. Lol but yea these pills I highly recommend I will buy more. Doesn't give me the jitters. Good to go! Oh and it makes you have a po feeling first day I went second day no po.

Day 1: I took my first pill around 8 PM I still had my usual 10–11 PM snacks before bed and felt my normal satisfaction after eating them. (no notable difference till day 2) Day 2: Switched to taking it in the morning and noticed a MUCH bigger difference. I slowly drink a bottle of water during the first hour after I wake up and take the pill, and it really helps me feel full throughout the day. I don’t even really think about food until around 3 PM now, and the hunger cues/“food noise” are way lower. I’ll think about having a snack, but then the thought of actually eating it just sounds undesirable lol. I ended up having a Panera sandwich and half a cookie and was satisfied for the rest day 2. I normally drink about 4 bottles of water a day, including one with electrolytes, but combining that with the OLLY pill has made my cravings almost nonexistent. Sometimes I actually get food aversions, which I wasn’t expecting! Day 3: The effect is definitely getting stronger. Foods I’d normally crave just don’t sound as exciting and I am having aversions to my usual granola bars and snacks that used to seem really satisfying, and I’m almost never reaching for snacks now. I Started at 111.5 lbs Monday night and I’m at 109.0 lbs today on Wednesday . I honestly didn’t expect to see such a drastic difference in my appetite so soon but paired with your daily water consumption is a game changer these pills.

This did not work for me. I had more craving then normal and gained weight while using.

I’ve been on this for four days now, and the results are absolutely astonishing! I’m on medication where I am always hungry and I am not hungry at all on this vitamin. The first day, though I got a little nauseous and a headache, but by the second day, it was gone, the biggest problem was learning not to eat out of habit and not because I was hungry. I can’t wait to get up in the morning just so I can take this. i’ve tried a number of different pills that claim it takes away hunger and they don’t work. I will be using this for a very long time. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive but it does work.

Does not suppress appetite as advertised. Didnt work for me.
