Great quality pan, the aluminum holds heat so well and baked my banana muffins so well. Easy to clean up and the lid snaps on securely. Sturdy pan that I can tell will hold up over time.

Lid is a little snug, almost lost muffins opening it. It’s good quality and works, just snug, would be nicer with clamps. Definitely don’t wash pan in dishwasher, it will turn color. Works great, Nordic is great quality.

This item is great! Like the high plastic dome that you can put on the top. Made some specialty cupcakes which required the high dome. Worked perfectly!

I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from.

I love the quality of this pan, but the lid doesn't snap on. It barely attached to the pan, but it's better than not having a lid.

Amazing product! Material is so much better than teflon and other non-stick options. And the lid that is great for proofing muffins. I tried baking muffins in four 'modes' in one go, to confirm the effectiveness - a quarter without anything, a quarter only greased, a quarter greased-n-floured, and a quarter in paper cups. Paper cups - no issue there. Muffins popped out easily from the greased-n-floured pan cups. Getting the muffins out from the greased ones only was a bit tricky... but, came out once motivated with a gentle nudge (though they looked fried and greasy - which makes sense.... but may not be to everyone's liking). Not greasing the pan cups works... though, it's a bit annoying getting the final product out (they ended up coming out with minimum damage) and the pan requires more after-cleaning effort. Overall - very happy with the product (the muffins bake nicely and evenly, too!).

I live the height if the lid. If you look at other lidded cupcake trays you might see how the sides of the lids slope. The slope means that cupcakes in the outermost spaces do not have full height clearance and (and will get crushed). That does not happen with this straight sided carrier. All of the items get full height coverage. 5 gold stars 🌟

The pan is sturdy and seems made of very good material; but the craftsmanship is not so impressive: the tube supposed to be wrapped in the edge came out (an image of a normal corner is attached for comparison); I have returned one (dented in transport), and hope this minor defect won’t ruin my bake😓
