Can it be used for eye brows?

I don’t see why it couldn’t be used on the eyebrows

Does anyone know why I can only order 3 of these?

Hi there...is the charcoal a dark grey?

I don’t know for certain because I always buy black, but I’m pretty sure “charcoal” is supposed to be dark gray, probably a shade or two lighter than black.
