Q: Does this help stop back pain?

My experience with this product is that it does mitigate joint pain most noticeably in the hands and knees and ankles, but back pain is a complex set of responses to a complex of circumstances. It will NOT stop nerve pain. So in that sense it will not really mitigate back pain even though it might serve to reduce inflammation in and around the vertebrae in your spine. PT exercises and daily stretching is your best bet to battle back pain. Movement not pills will do best. So I hope you are not near the stage where you cannot move. I speak out of experience.
