BEST shapewear I've worn by a mile
I have tried SO many shapewear shorts in the past and while I liked some more than others, there was never a total winner. They'd roll in one or both directions, be too obvious under my clothes, come up too high, etc. These are IT for me. I am buying more immediately for backup in case I never find them again! I am going to write way too much now, because I know the struggle and I hope it can help!I am 5'5", a curvy size 10, sometimes 12. 30" waist, 43" hips. Lil belly bump, big booty and thighs. Got a size Large. These hit about 6" above my knees and maybe a 1/2-1 inch above my belly button just barely below my natural waist. I can wear them under high rise jeans and leggings (11" rise or so) and don't have to worry at all about them showing with a crop top. Should hide under most of my dresses - but I think could fold under neatly on the bottom if I needed shorter and it would be fine since the leg material so thin. They do NOT roll on me, which I truly did not know was possible with my curves. I think this is because of the rise, but also, the entire top band above the seam has some soft sticky-ish coating. Not like the usual narrow band of 'sticky' they put in shapewear, but just a full-on coating of the material. (Think like... when you try to put leggings on right out of the shower. You can get them on, but it feels like they will never move again, haha.)Biggest thing I felt like I could never hit is shapewear that held in my love handle area without squeezing only above it, making them look even more pronounced. The top band on these squeezes EXACTLY that area - around my lower belly and top of my hips. Any higher it would be too into my waist, any lower and it wouldn't be enough for my belly. So the shape is perfect after. I actually wore them under leggings today and even close up you could not see the bottom of the shorts under them, I was floored. And they don't squeeze your legs at the bottom because of this design. The leg fabric is so light.Would call the compression moderate through the belly and hips, light in the thighs/legs. Enough that they're absolutely shaping, but not so much you feel like your insides are getting pressure cooked. SUPER comfortable.I hope they hold up well - I will report back if they fail me ;) But gosh I hope not because I feel like I just won womanhood.Photos with and without leggings for comparison. (They're on under the leggings in the first two.) Nothing much to report from that mid seam down, they're just completely smooth.

These Leonisa seamless high-waisted shorts give just the right amount of tummy and hip control without feeling restrictive. The fabric is silky-soft, breathable, and completely invisible under dresses or jeans—no lines at all. They stay in place all day, even when I’m walking or sitting for long periods. After several washes, the shape and compression are still like new. Highly recommended if you want smooth curves and all-day comfort!

Pros outweigh cons - A-tier (almost S)
Pros1. Doesn't roll up or down2. Easy to take off or use the restroom. However, it's all relative; since they are tight for smoothing and grippy at the top for roll prevention, they don't "slide right off"; I've tried multiple different brands and types of this style and some make me hurt and/or exhausted at the end of getting them on or off. Once you get the grippy top part sorted, the rest follows easily. Bottom line: I don't dread wearing these at all, I wear them almost every day, and they're my first pick out of my options.3. Materials are thoughtful -- the top is a grippy material that keeps from sliding or rolling. The rest is breathable so they're tolerable to wear (I'm using them in the hot Vegas heat, 120 the other day).4. No butt flattening here5. Great for coverage under dresses, smoothing, and preventing rub.Cons1. The same design that doesn't flatten the butt may create a wedgie. If you're a thong wearer, no problem. You might be sensitive otherwise. It's not a painful or horrible wedgie, just one that you might want to adjust during the day.2. Thick thighed friends, these don't roll up but they may hitch hike north throughout the day if you're transitioning between standing and sitting a lot. This is MUCH preferable to rolling in my opinion. Again, you may want to pull them back down (will simultaneously solve any wedgie problems) a few times a day. But it's only noticeable to you in this case, unlike the rolling, so you can go longer without finding a reasonable place to adjust.3. This one is more difficult to explain, but the design in the crotch (no opening btw) makes things feel a little weird at times. Not painful, just an adjustment depending on how you're built.4. Color: While not misleading (the brown is indeed more brown/taupe than beige or nude), I wish they offered more color options in this style. Sometimes you find that perfect dress but it's a bit too sheer, you know? More skin tone options would be wonderful.Overall, these fit all my needs and I can overlook the cons. If they could solve the cons, then I wouldn't ever buy any other kind. I will continue searching for the elusive perfect pair, but only casually now instead of voraciously as before. If you are familiar with the Japanese grading method (S, A, B, C, D, etc.), these hover right between A- and S-tier for me. A few improvements would land it directly in S-tier (superior) for me.That being said, I will be buying at least another pair, and I do highly recommend.SizingI'm 5'3", not muscular (read: in my Baroque woman-in-a-painting plump era), around 140lb. I ordered medium - brown and am very happy with the sizing. It's not going to transform your body, but it will smooth you out and give you that extra confidence and security. If you don't have firm/muscular legs, I wouldn't recommend wearing with tight pants or leggings bc it will be evident when you sit that you're wearing shapewear.Photos1. Shows the grippy area inside. It goes all the way down to the horizontal seam, all the way around the waist.2. Shows the front.3. Shows the back (the rouched vertical seam is what retains your butt shape). These photos are taken after the first wash (warm wash/cold rinse, warm dryer (although I would never usually machine dry shapewear, this one slipped past me -- I recommend air drying) (although machine drying did not ruin them so now ya know)).

Very Impressed with the Quality
The product is of very good quality. I really loved it. Although the shipping took a bit longer than expected, I believe it was worth the wait.

Purchase review
I returned it, it sits too low on the abdomen and rolls up. It doesn't flatter the abdomen at all and doesn't enhance the buttocks. These shorts are for women without a tummy.
