Smooth, comfortable waist-band; nice cut - but elastics don't hold up.
The waist band is soft and doesn't scratch. It is a loose boxy cut, which I like. They do run a little large - more toward the 34". However, my experience is that, after a while, the elastics in the waistband must break, and they stretchout, no longer able to stay up.
