Perfect for making halwa
Using only this flour can be better in taste but if you make halwa or sheera out of it then it will be really delicious

Questionable nutritional value of final product
It softened the dove to the extent that it was difficult to make rotis with rolling pin. Also it darkens the roti after heaating it up on tava.
