I use this for tracing clothing patterns. I love it and it is way more affordable than what they sell as pattern paper. It’s like a cross between tissue paper and paper...A bit stronger than tissue paper, but easier to tear than regular sheet paper. You can see through it really well to trace what’s under it. A friend of mine even uses it for Tear away machine embroidery stabilizer...she uses a double layer and says it works well.

I use this for tracing sewing patterns. I thought this paper would be like exam paper, which I normally buy. But this is a lovely mix of exam paper and Swedish tracing paper. Very light weight yet durable. You could probably sew it if you wanted. It has a soft feel, stays in place, and is just all around great to work with. Given the price and quality, I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with this paper.

If you're looking at this product as a possibility for pattern tracing paper, it works very well. It does tear easily but it's more durable than pattern tissue and the pattern is very visible through this paper's texture. If you write on it, gently use #2 pencil; felt tip pen ink can soak through.This is as great price.

Very flimsy and tears too easily.I’d give it negative stars if I could!

The last batch seems distinctly thinner and also a bit more narrow than it was in the past. While patients appreciate the softness, it rips almost immediately. I need to remember not to buy this brand next time.
